Leaders Across Sectors Agree We Can Prioritize Possibilities for Children and Families Addressing ACEs and Social Risks and Promoting Relational Health

In 2014, CAHMI launched a national agenda setting and research collaborative to address adverse childhood experiences (ACEs). Through over 75 input steps the Prioritizing Possibilities agenda and special issue of Academic Pediatrics emerged. This work special issues was supported by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation and was kicked off during a national AcademyHealth meeting with support from the Commonwealth Fund. The Children’s Hospital Association supported a follow up report on national recommendations to align policy and payment to advance the Prioritizing Possibilities agenda.
