Well Visit Planner
Families with ASD may have a lot to discuss with their child’s provider at their child’s regular well-visit. The Well Visit Planner tool
helps families pick their priorities for their child’s visit, and provides a “visit planner” to support families in discussing these priorities with their child’s provider.

AGRE (Autism Genetic Resource Exchange)
The Autism Genetic Resource Exchange (AGRE) is a repository of biomaterials and phenotypic and genotypic data to
aid research on autism spectrum disorders. Biomaterials and data on families with members on the autism spectrum are made available for analysis by members of the scientific community worldwide.

academic institutions in North America, specializing in multi-disciplinary medical care for children with autism. They work to develop evidence-based protocols and standards of care for many of the most challenging medical conditions surrounding
autism today. Researchers can access patient data on more than 6,900 children and teens with ASD.
